The Ohio Information Security Conference 2009 (O-ISC ’09)

The Ohio Information Security Conference is a state-wide one day multi-track technical conference targeted to IT managers and security professionals in commercial and government work who have a vested interest in protecting their information systems.

Proposals must be submitted by December 15, 2008.

We are seeking proposals for participation in the March 12, 2009 Ohio Information Security Conference,. These proposals may take the form of formal presentations, panel discussions, descriptions of effective practices or administrative or technical solutions. Each program session will last 60 minutes, including at least 10 minutes of Q&A. Topic content must focus on information security and may range from introductory to more advanced or from operational to more strategic. In general, proposals should consider the technology, management, policy, or legal aspects of information security and/or business continuity.

Proposals must be submitted by December 15, 2008 to ahickey@technologyfirst.org to be guaranteed consideration. All proposals will be reviewed to determine their suitability for inclusion. Proposals will be selected to provide a program that offers a comprehensive and diverse treatment of issues related to information security. Proposal respondents will be notified of decisions on or after January 2, 2009.
