  Andy Hickey is a Director at Technology First. He is responsible for membership, events, Technology First magazine, and sponsorships. He has been with Technology First for 6 years and has been responsible for all 6 of the security conferences that Technology First (formerly Greater Dayton IT Alliance) has produced.

Chair: Dr. David Rotman

  David Rotman serves as Associate Vice President for Technology, Chief Information Officer, and Professor of Information Systems at Cedarville University. His duties include the supervision of a staff of twenty full-time employees, operation of the campus network (including 2,900 university-owned systems), and software development for business functions of the University.

  Dr. Rotman has degrees in mathematics from Taylor University and Indiana University and a Ph.D. in information systems from Nova Southeastern University.

Co-Chair: Deral Heiland

  Deral Heiland CISSP, serves as a Senior Security Assessment Engineer for CDW, where he is responsible for security assessment and consulting for corporations and government agencies. In addition Deral is the co-founder of Ohio Information Security Forum, a not for profit organization that focuses on information security training and education with the Dayton Ohio area. Deral has over 18 years of experience in the Information Technology and Security field.

Robert Stewart

  Robert Stewart works as the IT Support Specialist for the City of Vandalia. Robert has work on many projects from deployment of new in-car computers, cameras, and recoding units to the Police Departments fleet of Police Cruisers, to managing and maintaining over 200+ client computer and server. Robert holds two Associates of Applied Science from Sinclair Community College for Network Management, and Network Security.
